"ZOOPSYCHOSIS" - Audio-visual bestiary
The exhibition challenges the liminal - bestial and delirious - conditions and relations of power. "Zoopsychosis" bestiary will contain a variety of objects, which strive to become non-objects, and, guided by the imperative of direct speech, are becoming subjects - of statements and actions. Escaping, undergoing transformations, becoming-other(s), and becoming-animated in their statement-actions, this showpieces of bestiary, inspired, revived, and unglued, will rebuff the sly hand of power, of the power that gives them names, appropriate their (our) voices, the power of signification and definition, the power, which objectify with its gaze. The political animal - human - through the gesture of voluntarist subjectivation displaces its counterparts from the realm of politics. But madness of the animal, like a double dialectical negation, challenges the domination of the rationalistic subject, and those relations of power and mechanisms of exclusion which it produces.
Bestiary is a total installation; its objects perform the re-appropriation of the space and render it habitable.
